CVT SYSTEM Drive Clutch Assembly
1Apply very light film of grease to the seal lips and drive clutch sleeveThen install the sleeve
Open the sheaves of the secondary clutch and push the belt down between the sheavesInstall the driven clutch on the transmission input shaft, looping the belt onto the drive clutch sleeve as shownPinch the belt in the middle and install the outer drive clutch sheave as far as possibleHold outer sheave in placeInstall all rollers with open end facing inward toward divider (A) (the side with inner bushing visible
