CVT SYSTEM 2Slide sheave and cam plate off crankshaft as an assembly6NOTE: When removing primary sliding sheave and cam plate assembly, hold cam plate and sliding sheave togetherThis prevents the rollers from falling out of the assemblyInspect sheave faces (E) for grooves or wearCheck bushings (F) and seals in the moveable sheaveThe sleeve should be close, smooth fit in the bushings and seals should fit tightly on the sleeve
