CVT SYSTEM Clutch Cover Removal
1Remove the left foot rest
Drive Belt Removal
1Remove O-ring and nut from driven clutchLoosen the duct clamps and slide ducts upward off coverPull outer sheave of driven toward you and push belt as far as possible into driven sheaves to create belt slackRemove all screws and cover with kick start lever attached3Slide driven clutch off shaft with beltRemove belt from driven clutch sheaves and then from drive clutch
