ENGINETRANSMISSION Shaft Disassembly 8If radial movement in Step was excessive, support the forward gear and press the shaft through the spacer to disassemble it from the shaftRemove the sliding gear from the shaftShaft Assembly 11Assemble the reverse gear (90cc), washer, new snap ring, and the sliding gear on the shaft12Replace gear and place it on the shaft, followed by the washer (G) as shown10Remove the snap ring and thrust washer to access the reverse gear (90cc models)
