MAINTENANCE Rear Brake Adjustment
123Position the vehicle on level surfaceShift the transmission into neutral (if applicable)Elevate the rear of the vehicle by placing suitable stand under the frameThe rear tires should be slightly off the groundWhile rotating the rear wheels, hold the square portion of the cable and tighten the rear brake wing nut at the rear brake drum
Brake Shoe Inspection
Brake shoes should be changed when friction material is worn to service limitSee Chapter (Brakes) for specificationsBrake Shoes
Measure Thickness See Chapter for Service Limit
