MAINTENANCE Tie Rod EndSteering Inspection
1Elevate front end of ATV so front wheels are off the groundCheck for any looseness in front hubwheel assembly by grasping the tire firmly at top and bottom first, and then at front and rearTry to move the wheel and hub by pushing inward and pulling outward5Repeat inspection for inner tie rod end (on steering post)Inner Tie Rod Ends
Replace any worn steering componentsSteering should move freely through entire range of travel without binding
