Remove the valve cover caps to expose the intake and exhaust rocker armsIntake Shown
11Remove the dipstickAdd 30 oz(900 ml) of recommended oilDo not overfill
Recommended Engine Oil: Polaris Synthetic Youth 4-Stroke Oil SAE 40 (Above 32 F) Quart(PN 2876248) Gallon(PN2876249) Polaris Semi-Synthetic Oil 20W-40 (Below 32 F) Quart(PN 2872175) Gallon(PN2872176)
12Reinstall the dipstick13Start the engineAllow it to idle for one to two minutes14Stop the engine and inspect for leaks15Check the oil levelAdd oil as needed to bring the level to the upper mark on the dipstick
