Use the following procedure to control how far the throttle opensIMPORTANT: This procedure should be performed by consumers only when they determine that their child is capable of handling the additional speed

Always stop the engine and refuel outdoors or in well ventilated areaDo not smoke or allow open flames or sparks in or near the area where refueling is performed or where gasoline is storedDo not overfill the tankFill the tank to the bottom of the filler neckThis will allow for thermal expansionIf you get gasoline in your eyes or swallow gasoline, see your doctor immediatelyIf you spill gasoline on your skin or clothing, immediately wash it off with soap and water and change clothingNever start the engine or run it in an enclosed areaGasoline powered engine exhaust fumes are poisonous and can cause loss of consciousness and death in short time
