Sportsman X2 Transmission 6Install the output gear assemblyBe sure to properly mesh the snorkel shaft bevel gear with the output bevel gearInstall the torx screws (2) to secure the output gear assembly into placeTorque screws to NOTICE!It is important to set zero lash between the output gear and the snorkel shaft gearIf there is binding or excess lash, tighten or loosen the snorkel shaft until there is zero lashsnorkel shaft counterclockwise to the next notch or 8th notch
Notches

Count notches of snorkel tube through lock screw hole
Output Gear Retaining Screw Torque: 8-12 ft.lbs(11-17 Nm)
