Moveable Sheave Bushing Inspection
Inspect the Teflon( coating (arrow) on the moveable sheave bushingInspect BOTH sheaves for signs of wear, grooving or crackingDe-glaze surfaces with 3M( pad if neededInspect surface of shaft for pitting, grooves, or damageMeasure the outside diameter and compare to specificationsReplace the drive clutch assembly if shaft is worn or damaged
