IMPORTANT: Before attempting to remove the cargo box, be sure that the cargo box is not set up for 2-UP ridingThe passenger backrest should be face down in the cargo box and the driver seat backrest should be locked into position1Open the tailgate and remove the torx head screws (A) securing the rear taillights on each side of the cargo box as illustrated below3Disconnect the two wire harnesses connected to each of the taillights
