ENGINE 42Install the flywheel, washer, nut, and keyTorque flywheel nut to specification65ft.lbs(889.50 Nm) minutesInstall the filter onto the engine45Remove primer plug from the engineInstall Oil System Priming Adapter (PU-45778) into the oil plug holePush 3-5 oz(approx of Polaris 0W-40 into the adapter or until resistance is feltRemove the adapterApply sealant to the plug threadsInstall the plug and torque to specification
Flywheel Nut Torque 65 ft.lbs(88 9.50 Nm) 43Install stator housing with new o-ringsTorque the bolts to specification and follow proper bolt torque sequence at the beginning of this chapter96in.lbs(10.850.35 Nm)
