12Remove the crank position sensor (E) located on the mag cover
Always wear safety glasses and proper shop clothing when performing the procedures in this manualFailing to do so may lead to possible injury or death1234Clean work areaThoroughly clean the ATV engine and chassisDisconnect battery negative (-) cableRemove the following parts as required: Seat Left and Right Side Covers (Refer to Chapter 5) Fuel Tank CoverFront Cab (Refer to Chapter 5) Fuel Tank (Refer to Chapter 4) Remove springs from exhaust pipe and remove pipeDrain coolant and engine oilRemove air pre-cleaner and ductRemove airboxDisconnect the throttle body sensor (C) and the Tmap sensor (D)Remove throttle body (A)Insert shop towel into the engine intake to prevent dirt from entering the intake portRelieve the fuel pressure in the fuel rail (refer to Chapter 4, "FUEL INJECTION") for proper procedureCarefully remove the fuel rail (B) and injectorsB C
