1 Lubricate threads and beHead Bolts
1 Initial: 15 ftlbs(20.3 2.7 Nm)
tween washers and underside of bolt heads with engine oil Torque in sequence provided
(Each Bolt Threads)
to seat gasket and back off turns Retorque to 35 ftlbs (47.5 5.5 Nm)Finalize sequence by tightening an additional 90 (14 turn) (30 ftlbs3 Nm)
Apply Moly Lube grease to valve tipsGasket free of oilVerify tabs are visible2555 mm of cylinder boreApply 0W40 to piston pin or pin boreApply 0W40 to liftersML
