REAR CALIPER REMOVALINSPECTION
1Clean caliper area before removal2Using flare nut wrench, remove hand brake (inner) and auxiliary brake (outer) linesPlace container to catch brake fluid draining from brake lines
5Remove the anvil bolts and separate caliper halves and remove pistons with piston pliersCaliper
Anvil Bolts Seal PistonOrings 6Remove seals and O-ringsClean the O-ring grooves7Clean disc, caliper body, and pistons with brake cleaner or alcohol8Remove the slide bolt bushingsInspect the bushings and Orings and replace if necessary
