CLUTCHING 6Install sheave onto puller7Install nut onto puller rod and tighten by handTurn puller barrel for further tension if needed2Start new bushing evenly in moveable sheaveApply Loctitet 680 (PN 2870584) to the back side of new bushing
8Turn clutch sheave counterclockwise until bushing is removedRepeat Stepsfor other bushing9Remove nut from puller rod and set aside10Remove adapters from puller11Remove bushing and removal tool from adaptersDiscard bushing
3Install sheave onto puller with new bushing upward as shownInstall the Number Two Puller Adapter (#10) (PN 5020633)
