8Remove pump body screw and feed chamber cover
12Remove inner and outer feed rotor and pump chamber body13Repeat measurements for scavenge rotor14Remove inner and outer scavenge rotor and inspect pump shaft for wear
OIL PUMP ASSEMBLY
1Clean and dry all parts thoroughlyApply clean engine oil to all partsDo not use gasket sealer on the pump body mating surfaces or oil passages will become plugged2Install pump shaft and scavenge rotor drive pin3Install outer scavenge rotor, inner scavenge rotor, and scavenge casing4Install outer feed rotor and inner feed rotor drive pin5Install inner feed rotor and feed chamber cover with screw6Tighten screw securely7Install screen on pump body8Install oil pump on crankcase and torque bolts to ftlbs(8 Nm)Oil Pump Attaching Bolt Torque: ftlbs(8 Nm)
