BRAKES 3Lubricate the mounting bracket pins with Polaris Premium All Season Grease (PN 2871423), and install the rubber dust seal boots3Install the adjuster screw and turn until stationary pad contacts disc, then back off 12 turnPad Adjuster Screw

Do not allow grease to come into contact with the piston and sealsDamage may occur to the components
Follow brake bleeding procedure outlined earlier in this chapterInstall wheels and torque wheel nuts to specification
Front Wheel Nut Torque: 37 ftlbs(50 Nm)
