12Remove wheel, brake caliper and wheel hubRefer to "Front Hub Removal" for procedureRemove cotter pin and castle nut from A-arm ball jointPull strut assembly out while pivoting front drive shaft downward until it clears strut assembly3Disconnect A-arm from ball joint using tie rod forkWith short sharp jerks, remove drive shaft from front gearcase45Slide strut off end of drive shaft and tie it up out of the way of the shaftRemove clamps from rubber boot using the proper boot clamp pliers
