HEADLIGHT HOUSING REPLACEMENT
1Remove three Phillips screws on the headlight pod2Lift pod cover upUnplug instrument cluster from harness3Unplug headlamp from wiring harness4Remove O-Rings from headlight pivot pins5Pull the headlight housing up to release from the locking tabsPosition knob in slot and secure in locking tabs Snap pins into tabs

NOTE: The distance from the headlamp parting line to the end of the adjustment knob stop is 18, (13 cm)See illustration9Adjust the headlight aim by turning the adjusting knob
