BRAKES 4Push caliper piston into caliper bore slowly using C-clamp or locking pliers with pads installed
FRONT PAD INSTALLATION
1Lubricate mounting bracket pins with light film of Polaris Premium All Season Grease, and install rubber dust boots
NOTE: Brake fluid will be forced through compensating port into master cylinder fluid reservoir when piston is pushed back into caliperRemove excess fluid from reservoir as required5Push mounting bracket inward and slip outer brake pad past edgeRemove inner padPolaris Premium All Season Grease (PN 2871423) 2Compress mounting bracket and make sure dust boots are fully seatedInstall pads with friction material facing each otherBe sure pads and disc are free of dirt or grease3Install caliper on hub strut, and torque mounting bolts
