Cover Bolt Torque: 6- 12 ftlbs(12- 16 Nm) 32Install new bellcrank onto the shift shaftNote the keyed spline on the bellcrank and shaftInstall the washer and nutTorque the bellcrank nut to 1218 ftlbs(1624 Nm)
29Apply Crankcase Sealant (PN 2871557) onto the cover and case mating surfacesInstall the cover and hand tighten all of the bolts
Bellcrank Nut Torque: 12- 18 ftlbs(16- 24 Nm) 33Install the shift switchInstall the retaining clipHook up the switch harness and reconnect the lockout plunger spring
