ENGINE 39Install water pump cover (R) with new O-ring sealTorque bolts to 96 12 inlbs(10.85 0.35 Nm) in proper sequence (See Pg3.4)grommet (U) with Nyogelt Grease (PN 2871329)NOTE: Be sure the stator wires are routed properly under the wire hold down bracketReplace bolts with new bolts
Install Dry Do not use lubricants or sealants on Oring Seal R

Water Pump Housing Bolt Torque: 96 12 inlbs(10.85-1.35 Nm) Torque Bolts in Proper Sequence (Pg3.4) 40Sparingly apply Starter Drive Grease (PN 2871423) to the starter driveInstall the starter bendixNOTE: There are thrust washers on both sides of starter drive
Stator Assembly Bolt Torque: 96 12 in.lbs(10.85 0.35 Nm)
