Pinion Shaft Cover Bolt Torque: 25 ftIbs(34 Nm)
Install the original shim(s)thrust button, and
thrust button shims into the gearcase coverApply Crankcase Sealant (PN 2871557) to
surface of case and install cover boltsInstall the gearcase cover onto the gearcase housing
