CLUTCH OFFSET
Important: Inspect clutch alignment and center distance before adjusting offsetOffset is correct when rear of tool contacts rear of inner sheave with driven clutch pushed completely inward on shaft and bolt torquedAdjust offset by adding or removing spacer washers between back of driven clutch and spacer
Spacer Washer (PN 7556401)
Install offset alignment tool as shownRemember to measure above and below the shaft

DRIVE CLUTCH INSPECTION
NOTE: Remove cover, spring, and spider following instructions for drive clutch removalthen proceed as fol lows: 1Remove moveable sheave spacer sleeve and the brass washerVisually inspect the washer for damageMeasure the thickness and compare to specificationReplace if worn or damaged
