11The cam gear assembly contains three loaded springsTo open the cam gear assembly: Place the cam gear on flat sur1ace with the timing mark side facing upWhile holding both gears together, lightly work small flathead screwdriver between the two gearsRemove the top gearThe springs should stay in place

9Use the Cam Gear Tooth Alignment Tool (PU-45497-2) (0) to align the cam split gear
assemblyW ith the splil gear aligned, remove the
batt and cam gear assembly
