12Valve Stem Diameter:
Remove all carbon from valves with soft wire
wheel or brush
Intake: 0.2356" 0.00039" (5.985 :I: 0.01 mm)
Exhaust: 0.2346" :1: 0.00039" (5.96:1: 0.01 mm)
Check valve face for runoutpitting, and burnt spotsTo check for bent valve stems, mount
valve in drill or use ''" blocks and dial
indicator
Measure valve stem in several placesRotate the valve 90 degrees and measure for wear
