CONTROLS
Check controls for proper operation, positioning
and adjustment
WHEEL INSTALLATION
1With the transmiss ion in gear and the parking brake locked, place the wheel in the correct position onthe wheel hubBe sure the valvestem is toward the outside and rotation arrows on the tire point toward forward rotation
2Attach the wheel nuts and finger tighten them3Lower the vehicle to the ground4Securely tighten the wheel nuts to the proper
torque listed in the tableCAUTION;

Improperly installed wheels could affect vehicle handling and tire wearOn vehicles with tapered rear wheel nuts, make sure tapered end of nut goes into taper on wheel

Brake control and switch must be positioned to allow
brake lever to trave throughout entire range without contacting switch body
Inspect all wheels for runout or damageCheck wheel nuts and ensure they are tightDo nat ove Iightenthe wheel nuts, Apply Loctite '" 271 (PN 2871954) to the wheel studs whenever re installing the wheel nuts
