LOWER HEADLAMP REMOVALINSTALLATION
Lower Headlamp
Lens Cover
Turn Harness Assembly to Remove and Install the Headlamp
Bulb 1From the rear of the taillight remove two screws holding lens cover in place and remove lens cover2Remove lamp and replace it with recommended lampApply Dielectric Grease (PN 2871329)3Reinstall the lens cover removed in step 14Test the taillightbrakelight to see it is working
1Turn the back of the headlight harness in clockwise direction2Pull the harness assembly out from the headlight assembly3Remove the headlamp and replace with new headlamp4Install the new headlamp and harness assembly into the headlight assemblyTurn the headlight harness counterclockwise to secure the headlamp into place
HEADLAMP SWITCH
Remove the headlight pod coverProbe the headlamp plug wires (Brown and Yellow) at back of connectorTurn headlight on
