GENERAL INFORMATION 8Start engine and re-check for leaks2Remove the airbox cover to expose the filter element
Sportsman 90 Fuel Valve

COMPRESSION TEST
1Remove spark plug and install compression tester2Connect high tension lead to good ground on engine3Open throttle and crank engine until maximum reading is obtained (approximately 35 seconds)Cylinder Compression: 0-1000 ft (0-300m) 50 cc models: 90 cc models: 130-135 psi 110-130 psi

3Carefully wash the element in soapy water and dry itReplace filter if necessary4Lightly grease the sealing surfaces of the air filter coverInstall cover5Install three (3) screws and boot clamp
