GENERAL INFORMATION To change lubricant: 1Place drain pan beneath the transmission lubricant drain plug area2Remove the drain plug and wipe the magnetic end clean to remove accumulated metallic filingsVent Hose Air Screw Adjustment: 50 cc: 12 Turn Out from Lightly Seated 90 cc: Turn Out from Lightly Seated 2Warm up the engine to operating temperature (about 10 minutes)3Set idle speed to 800 RPMNOTE: Adjusting the air screw may affect idle speedAlways check throttle cable freeplay after adjusting idle speed and adjust if necessary4Turn the screw in (to richen) or out (to lean) the mixtureAdjust air screw for best throttle response and smooth idle5Re-adjust idle speed if necessaryDrain Plug 3After the lubricant has drained completely, install new sealing washer and install the drain plugTorque to 14 ftlbs(19.3 Nm)4Add the proper lubricant through the fill plug holeDo not overfillAn indication of over filling is lubricant leaking from the vent hose after operation5Check for leaksDiscard used lubricant properly
