BRAKES 5Install the adjuster screw and turn clockwise until stationary pad contacts disc, then back off 12 turn (counterclockwise)
Brake Disc Thickness New .150-.165 (3.81-4.19 mm) Service Limit .1403.556 mm 6Verify fluid level in reservoir is up to MAX line inside reservoir and install reservoir capBrake Disc Thickness Variance Service Limit: .002 (.051 mm) difference between measurements
Master Cylinder Fluid Up to MAX line inside reservoir 7Install wheels and torque wheel nuts
3Mount dial indicator as shown to measure disc runoutSlowly rotate the disc and read total runout on the dial indicatorReplace the disc if runout exceeds specifications
Front Wheel Nut Torque 20 ftlbs(27 Nm)

BRAKE BURNISHING PROCEDURE
It is required that burnishing procedure be performed after installation of new brake pads to extend service life and reduce noiseStart machine and slowly increase speed to 30 mphGradually apply brakes to stop machineAllow pads and disc to cool sufficiently during the procedureDo not allow pads or disc to become hot or warpage may resultRepeat this procedure 10 times
