FINAL DRIVE
CONCENTRIC SWINGARM REAR AXLE DISASSEMBLY
1Remove rear axle(See Page 7.6) 2Remove snap ring, collar, and foam seal
2Install disc hub assembly on axleBe sure hub covers stop ringInstall disc in soft jawed viseApply Never Seize to threads, install left axle nut and tighten to 120 ftlbs (166 Nm)Keep tightening nut until flat aligns with flat on brake hub
Stop ring
3Remove nut, brake disc assembly, and stop ringAxle Nut (Disc Side) Torque: Nut Disc Hub Stop Ring 3Lubricate spacer and new O-ringInstall on axleGroove in spline Threads 120 ftlbs(166 Nm)
