FINAL DRIVE 3Install seal into hub (with numbers facing out) until flush with end of seal bore5Install spindle nut and tighten to specification
2 Spindle Nut Torque: 40 ftlbs(55.0 Nm)
FRONT HUB INSTALLATION
1Inspect spindle seal and bearing surface for wear or damage6Install new cotter pinTighten nut slightly if necessary to align cotter pin holes7Rotate wheel and check for smooth operationBend both ends of cotter pin around end of spindle in different directions8Lightly grease new O-ring and install on hub capInstall hub cap9Rotate hubIt should rotate smoothly without binding or rough spots or side play10Install brake caliper using new boltsTighten bolts to specified torque
