FLYWHEEL INSTALLATION
1Install flywheel, washer, and nutTorque flywheel to specification
ROCKER SHAFTARM INSTALLATION
1Assemble rocker arms, rocker shaft and wave washer into rocker cover2Install and tighten rocker shaft block plug3Apply engine assembly lube to the cam lobes and cam follower surfaces4Rotate the engine until the cam lobes are pointing downward5Apply clean engine oil liberally to the valve springs, cam chain, rocker arms, and camshaft6Apply Crankcase Sealant (PN 2871557) to the rocker cover mating surfacesBe sure the alignment pins are in place7Install the rocker cover assembly8Install rocker cover bolts and torque to specifications
Flywheel Nut Torque: 58-72 ftlbs(78-98 Nm)
