ELECTRICAL
HEADLIGHT HOUSING REPLACEMENT
1Remove three Phillips screws at back of headlight pod2Remove Phillips screws from bottom of headlight pod at each front cornerNOTE: To aid in accessing these screws, it may be helpful to turn handlebars to left or right and use short, stubby screwdriverRemoval of the front rack and cover will also allow easier access3Lift pod cover upUnplug speedometer from harnessUnplug indicator lights from harness and remove pod cover4Unplug headlamp from wiring harness5Remove O-Ring from headlight pivot pins6Pull headlight housing up to release from locking tabs7Lift adjusting knob up to remove from locking tabs8Carefully pull assembly up and out of pod9Reverse steps to install new housing and reassemble pod10.Adjust headlight aim by turning adjusting knob
