FRONT CALIPER ASSEMBLY
1Install new O-rings in the caliper bodyBe sure groove is clean and free of residue or brakes may drag2Coat piston with clean DOT brake fluidInstall piston with twisting motion while pushing inwardPiston should slide in and out of bore smoothly, with light resistance
3Lubricate the mounting bracket pins with Polaris Premium All Season Grease, and install the rubber dust seal boots
