TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY, CONT30Pre-lubricate all bearings with Polaris Premium Synthetic GearCase Lubricant before installing cover31Place the bellcranks in neutral so shift fork shafts will engage into the spring loaded detents of case cover
32Be sure sealing surfaces of cover and transmission case are cleanApply 3Bond 1215 to surface of case and install cover boltsTorque to specification in three steps, following cross patternStart with the center (2) bolts
