TRANSMISSION
TRANSMISSION REMOVAL
All operations regarding transmission front output housing assembly can be performed with transmission installed in frame1Remove the inner PVT coverRefer to Clutch Chapter2Remove complete airbox assembly and transmission vent line3Loosen rear wheel nuts slightly4Elevate and support machine under footrestframe areaCAUTION: Serious injury may result if machine tips or fallsBe sure machine is secure before beginning this service procedureWear eye protection when removing and installing bearings and seals5Remove wheel nuts and wheels6Apply hand and auxiliary brake and remove brake disc retaining nut and washerNOTE: Domed side of washer faces nutDomed side toward nut
