Idle Speed Adjustment
12Start engine and warm it up thoroughlyAdjust idle speed to 1200 RPM +- 100 by turning the adjusting screw on the left side of the carburetorSee illustration at right
NOTE: Adjusting the idle speed affects throttle cable freeplay and electronic throttle controlAlways check throttle cable freeplay after adjusting idle speed and adjust if necessaryIdle Screw

123Slide boot off throttle cable adjuster and jam nut at throttle blockPlace shift selector in neutral and set parking brakeStart engine and set idle to 1200 +- 100 RPM
