Clutch Bushing RemovalInstallation 32Working from the top, install bushing removal tool (Item 5) into center of clutch sheaveSee III233Install sheave onto puller34Install nut onto puller rod and tighten by handTurn puller barrel for further tension if needed35Turn clutch sheave counterclockwise until bushing is removed and sheave comes free36Remove nut from puller rod and set aside37Remove adapters from puller38Remove bushing and removal tool from adaptersDiscard bushing
Driven Clutch Moveable Sheave Bushing Installation
39Working from the top, insert adapter number two (Item 10) into clutch sheaveSee III340Install sheave onto puller41Place bushing (PN 35765111"; or PN 3576504 12") over installation tool (Item 2) and slide both onto puller rod, inserting bushing into center of sheave42Install nut onto puller rod and hand tighten against installation tool43Turn clutch sheave counterclockwise until bushing is seated44Remove nut from puller rod and set aside45Remove installation tool and clutch sheave from puller
