PVT SYSTEM Clutch Bushing RemovalInstallation Drive Clutch Cover Bushing Removal 17Install main adapter (Item 8) on puller18From outside of clutch cover, insert removal tool (Item 3) into cover bushing19With inside of cover toward vise, slide cover onto puller20Install nut onto puller rod and hand tightenTurn puller barrel to increase tension as needed21Turn clutch cover counterclockwise on puller rod until bushing is removed and cover comes free22Remove nut from puller rod and set aside23Remove bushing and bushing removal tool from pullerDiscard bushing
Drive Clutch Cover Bushing Installation 24Working from inside of cover, insert bushing (PN 3576510) and bushing installation tool into center of clutch cover25With main adapter on puller, insert cover onto puller rod, placing outside of cover toward vise26Install nut on rod and hand tightenTurn puller barrel to apply more tension if needed27Turn clutch cover counterclockwise on puller rod until bushing is seated28Remove nut from puller rod and take installation tool and clutch cover off rod
