PVT SYSTEM PVT Assembly 9Bend back retainer tabs on three screws at the front of the inner cover and remove screws and retainer plate10Loosen three inner cover retaining bolts at the rear of the cover only enough to allow cover removal
11Remove coverNOTE: Do not lose spacers or spacer retaining O-rings located on the inside of the inner cover
PVT Assembly
1Inspect PVT inner cover sealReplace if cracked or damaged2Use RTV silicone to ensure water tight fit between the seal and the coverSurfaces must be clean to allow proper adhesion of the silicone sealant3Make sure the spacers and O-rings are in place on the inner cover rear bolts4Reinstall cover and tighten rear cover bolts just enough to hold it in place
