BRAKE SERVICE Brake Bleeding Procedure (4x6 And 6x6 Models) The brake bleeding procedures are the same as 2x4 and 4x4 models for the left hand brake systemThe right hand system for the middle axle is bled as follows: 1Cover and protect all areas which could be damaged by spilled brake fluid with shop cloths2Lift and pivot cargo boXbed assembly to obtain access to bleeder junction block as shown
With C-clamp vise grip, position and clamp the forward brake caliper assembly as shownBegin bleeding by actuating the right hand brake lever several times, then hold firmly and open bleeder fitting on the junction blockTighten the fitting and release the handle
