BRAKE SERVICE Output Shaft Caliper Removal (1993 Sportsman)
12Remove right rear mud flap bolt from footrestLoosen brake line fittingCAUTION: Brake fluid will leak out when this fitting is loosenedBrake fluid will damage painted surfacesProtect vehicle and floor with shop clothsWipe up any spills at onceRemove the rear-most middle chain guard bolt (A)NOTE: Spacer (B) may fall out when bolt is removedDo not lose spacerLoosen jam nut and remove adjuster bolt (F)Remove brake arm (G)Remove disk cover bolt and disk cover (H)Remove lower rear caliper mount bolt (I)Remove caliper shield (J)Rotate brake caliper assembly from o'clock position to 11 o'clock and slide caliper upward to remove456789
