Repeat the measurement or more timesPickup Coil Peak Voltage Standard: 3.6 or more
If the peak voltage is lower than the standard, inspect the pickup coil
Alternator Rotor Inspection
Check the timing projection [A] for damage such as chipping or groovingIf the timing projection on the rotor is visibly damaged, replace the alternator rotor
