Steering Knuckle Installation
joint [B][A] Inspect the spherical bearing or seizure is found, replace the knuckle If roughness, excessive play, of the knuckle Clean the shanks [C] boot [D] is notjointworn, deteriorated, or is Check that the joint torn, leaking grease Tighten:
Torque Steering Knuckle Joint Nut: 47 N1m (4.8 kgf1m, 35 ft1lb) Front Shock Absorber Clamp Nuts: 47 N1m (4.8 kgf1m, 35 ft1lb) Tie-Rod End Nut: 42 N1m (4.3 kgf1m, 31 ft1lb)
Steering Knuckle Bearing Removal

Special Tool -
Remove: Knuckle (see Steering Knuckle Removal) Steering
Inside Circlip Pliers [B]: 57001-143
Drive the bearing out using suitable bearing driver from the bearing driver setSpecial Tool Bearing Driver Set: 57001-1129
