Screw the flywheel puller [A] onto the alternator rotor
the rotor Holding the flywheel puller, turnthe end of puller bolt until the alternator rotor is forced off the crankshaft
Special ToolFlywheel Puller Assembly, M38 1.5M35 1.5: 57001-1405
CAUTION
If the rotor is difficult to remove, turn the puller while tapping the end of the pullerDo not strike the alternator rotorStriking the rotor can cause the magnets to lose magnetism
