Fit the grommets [A] into the notch in the cover (see Crankshaft Sensor Installation)Apply grease to the alternator cover oil sealInstall the alternator coverTighten:
TorqueAlternator Cover Bolts: 8.8 Nm (0.90 kgfm, 78 inlb)
Replace the O-ring [A] with new onethe O-ringApply grease to [B] and O-ring on the alternator coverInstall the collar
Hold the drive pulley with the drive pulley holder [A]Special ToolDrive Pulley Holder: 57001-1620
