Alternator Rotor Removal
Remove the alternator cover (see Alternator Cover Removal)the alternator Holdremove the nutrotor steady, with the rotor holder [A], and [B]
Remove the flywaheel holder
Special ToolFlywheel Holder: 57001-1701
[A] into the alternator Screw the flywheel puller to the flywheel pullerrotor Screw the rotor puller [B] from the crankshaft by turn Remove the alternator rotor and tapping the head of the ing in the puller center bolt bolt lightly with hammer, while holding the puller body steadyThere is woodruff key in the crankshaft tapered portionSpecial ToolRotor Puller,M16M18M20M22 1.5: 57001 -1216 Fywheel Puller M28 1.0: 57001-1471
